Reports To

Software Engineering Manager

What You Will Be Doing

As a manager your responsibilities are to oversee the development and maintenance of our cloud- based e-mobility software platform. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of developers, ensure the performance and scalability of the platform, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This includes project planning and having the intuition to shift priorities amid rapidly changing business environment. Your expertise in PHP, cloud architecture, and e-mobility will be instrumental in driving our technology forward.

The following technologies are used for the cloud software your team will work on:

• PHP, Relational Databases (like MySQL, Postgres), Kafka, RabbitMQ React

Requirements

Experience of leading a software development team of 5+ Engineers
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team and willingness for an open feedback culture
Profound experience in backend development
Knowledge of the above technologies
Background in object-oriented programming
Experience designing APIs
Experience with event-based distributed applications
Good knowledge of English
