About the Role

Netskope Product Managers use their passion for enterprise/cloud networking and security to bridge customer business requirements with key market trends, and deliver world-class products to market. You will work closely with customers and prospects to present our solutions and understand their requirements, and you will partner with engineering, marketing, and the field to define the product roadmap, launch the product, and develop an effective GTM plan.

What's in It for You

We are looking for a talented Product Manager who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for enterprises as they transition to Netskope SASE. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end roadmap for Netskope SD-WAN and SASE solutions with a focus on connectivity, ensuring secure and optimized access across any network, device and location.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Driving the connectivity roadmap for SASE with detailed product requirements and clear prioritization. 
  • Owning the product vision for your area and ensuring it aligns with the overall product and company vision, as well as being an expert on the domain, market, and trends; Evangelizing this vision constantly so that all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where we are going.
  • Working closely with customers and field teams to understand use cases and articulating details in Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
  • Reviewing PRDs with engineering and field teams to ensure use cases are well understood and requirements align with customer expectations.
  • Working closely with UX teams to develop high-fidelity UX mockups. Presenting and collecting feedback on mockups to ensure enhancements are simple to understand and drive SD-WAN and SASE deployments.
  • Building and delivering high-quality customer and field demos on new enhancements.
  • Creating technical collateral for field training.
  • Developing, presenting, and maintaining product documentation and collateral.
  • Supporting field teams with high-quality and timely responses to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Increasing upsells and renewal opportunities by focusing on deployment challenges and identifying solutions to address these gaps.
  • Working closely with customer success and support teams to help with product questions, product escalations, etc.
  • Being the voice of the customer across Netskope and bringing the customer’s voice into the creation process.
  • Traveling up to 15% required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a PM, TPM, or a customer-facing technical role with expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, or related networking technologies.
  • Previous experience in a technical role (e.g. technical marketing, system engineering, solutions architect or R&D) highly desirable. 
  • Experience in IoT connectivity services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience building and managing SD-WAN or SASE solutions.
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading and contributing to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS and/or MBA strongly preferred.
