Join 900+ global Docebians and change the way people learn.Are you ready to be a part of the learning revolution? 🚀About This Opportunity:The Talent Development Program Manager will play a key role in supporting Docebo’s global learning vision by designing and implementing innovative and impactful talent development initiatives for Docebo. This individual designs and implements impactful learning experiences that enhance employee engagement and growth. This role focuses on evaluating learning needs, designing and implementing engaging solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the company brand. Using expertise in instructional design and innovative learning methodologies, the Talent Development Program Manager will enhance learner retention and drive measurable outcomes. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, adoption of best practices, measurement of program efficacy, and continuous improvement of learning programs. Examples include employee onboarding, leadership development, up skilling initiatives, and other programs as assigned.Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business learning needs, recommending best practices and optimal learning delivery methods based on those needs.
- Manage project lifecycles, leveraging the organization’s project management tools, holding SMEs and stakeholders accountable for meeting deadlines for content delivery, review, and approvals.
- Work with the LMS administrator to enhance learning tools, resources, and platforms for all audiences.
- Develop resources and/or content independently or in collaboration with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and/or external vendors.
- Ensure content accuracy and alignment with current business processes, branding guidelines, procedures, and systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners to enhance visuals, graphics, and illustrations for effective and branded training materials.
- Quality-assure training materials, refreshing designs regularly to maintain relevance and accuracy.
- Define and measure learning effectiveness using meaningful metrics, leveraging data to address feedback, and continuously improving content.
- Drive innovation in programs, delivery methods, adoption strategies, and reporting processes.
- Ensure consistent adoption of instructional design tools, methodologies, and best practices across the organization, assisting with change management efforts.
- Share best practices with team members to enhance support quality and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Serve as a core member of the Talent Development Steering Committee.
Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in customer education, sales enablement, or learning and development.
- Mix of technical expertise, instructional design skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to engage with SMEs, stakeholders, and learners.
- You should have a proven ability to design engaging, measurable projects and programs, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
- A focus on innovation, AI-first mindset, and adaptability will ensure success in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Proven track record of developing successful programs to accelerate performance.
- Proficiency with the Docebo learning platform as well as multimedia production tools.
- Strong data analysis skills to measure learner progress and demonstrate ROI for learning initiatives.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate large audiences.
- Ability to translate complex technical content into accessible, non-technical language.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills to align learning programs with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of Google Suite; experience with Google Sites and Analytics is a plus.
