Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Cedar Knolls, NJ (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
Safari Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support its sales team in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and guiding businesses toward the right technology solutions. This role is a mix of account management and business development, requiring a proactive approach to nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities in the SMB sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending tailored IT solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technology choices and ensuring they have the best-fit solutions.
• Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, generating quotes, and managing sales documentation.
• Engage with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email follow-ups.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on existing client relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.What You Bring
• Two or more years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, customer success, or business development.
• A strong understanding of technology and experience advising clients on IT solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying client needs and new business opportunities.
