As the Product Manager, GTM Strategy, you'll collaborate closely with the architecture, engineering, and operations teams to develop, introduce, and expand the GTM internal platform. You will spearhead initiatives that will provide sales with the ability to effectively navigate their territories, manage their pipelines, and utilize predictive insights to streamline the sales experience at Toast.

About this roll* (Responsibilities):

  • Lead the creation and execution of the internal product roadmap for Sales, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Leverage your AI expertise to guide internal product development within the GTM/Sales space and ensure our solutions leverage the latest advancements in AI technology
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge
  • Work with team and stakeholders to test and quickly evolve products as needed
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 3+ years as a product manager with a focus in Sales/GTM workflows
  • Experience in the Salesforce CRM platform
  • Skilled in developing AI functionalities for Sales/Marketing needs (with a preference for Salesforce Einstein and GPT-4)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to create a compelling product vision
  • Take ownership of scaling a product and matching operational experience, including setting, measuring, and optimizing the right metrics
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • At ease with analyzing data

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
