As a Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to be a critical player in the growing corporate accounting organization at Redis. You have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of an accurate and efficient close process. You pay great attention to detail, deliver timely results, and work effectively cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.

What you’ll do:

Record journal entries and own timely and quality completion of month end close tasks
Perform reconciliations for all related general ledger accounts and investigate variances
Perform monthly and quarterly flux analysis
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

What will you need to have?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA required
Big 4 or similar experience required
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX 404
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $124,432 – $133,364 per year in Austin, TX. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
